A nine-table sanctuary where flame, salt and silence are the only ornaments. One seating each evening — a single, deliberate composition by Chef Élodie Marchand.
We cook for the few. Every plate is an argument for restraint — fewer ingredients, longer hours, and the conviction that luxury is simply attention made edible.
There is no à la carte, no rush, no second seating. You arrive at six, you leave when the night has finished with you. Between, the kitchen sits an arm's length away — a quiet theatre of flame and precision.
The book opens on the first of each month for the month that follows. We seat a single party of two to nine each night.
