Small cup. Loud coffee.
Kopi Klub is a third-wave coffee bar in a Chow Kit shophouse. We roast single-origin beans in the back, do kaya toast properly on the griddle, and keep one long table free for people who make things.
“It's kopi, lah — but the kind that makes you cancel your next meeting to finish it.”
“Sumatra Kerinci — brown sugar first, then something like ripe rambutan on the way out.”
Feature A
Roasted twelve steps from where it's poured.
The roaster lives in the back room. Every bag on the shelf was green coffee two weeks ago, and the person who roasted it is probably the one pulling your shot.
One origin a month, dialled in until it sings, then we move on. Miss a month, it's gone — like a good issue.
Taste this batch“Order at the bar, argue at the table, leave with beans.”
Feature B
A room that runs on kopi and arguments.
Designers, writers, two chess regulars and one man who's been “finishing his novel” since Issue Nº 02. The long table is free with your first cup — the conversation is included whether you like it or not.

Kopi Klub is one shophouse, one roaster, and four people who care too much about water temperature. You won't find “award-winning” on this page — just this month's roast, the griddle, and a seat if you're early enough.
If that sounds like your kind of morning, the back page has the address.
